Ten year dream becomes 320m2 reality

An extensive renovation and second storey built on an existing holiday home overlooking Whangamata town, marina and beach. The second storey functions as a modern 320m2 high spec permanent home for the owners. The lower storey, built into the earth is a holiday rental property/bed and breakfast.
